Would never have figured it was owned by Fortis.

I never knew Fortis was an Indian company.

Whenever I heard the name Fortis, I pictured this : http://www.fortisinc.com/
It turns out there is a different fortis out there, from India, : http://www.fortishealthcare.com/

I knew that Quality Healthcare was Indian-owned, but when I think of Fortis I think of BNP Paribas!

    From their site:

"With no shareholders we can reinvest our profits back into the services we offer, so that we can continue to help to improve your health and wellbeing."

So OK they make a surplus (profit) but that is reinvested rather than going in dividends.
