Complement it with Chinese medicine if you want, but do not ditch the clinically proven Western stuff otherwise it's potentially life threatening in severe cases.

Asthma is a scary thing to have as a kid, but the only person I know who has not (mostly) grown out of it is also a chronic smoker, so he's chose to keep asthma along with nicotine.

As an aside, please make the effort to write like a grown up. I almost always ignore posts that are written so badly, but I am sympathetic to a kid with asthma, because I grew up the same way and know exactly how little fun it is.
If you start acting like an adult yourself. It's hardly correct to start a sentence with inverted commas followed by a lower case letter? I'm sure, it looks stupid and clumsy at best.

not sure i add any value but I just mentioning the basics: get rid of pets and plants at home and buy an IQair to clean the air during sleep would be my starting points

Perhaps I should have added a clarifying "[sic]", but that would have been lost on you, given your garbled state of mind as evidenced by too many of your crapulent posts.

    Look it up.

Just to add, I had a friend with terrible asthma as a teen- for her the trigger was dairy, after she cut it out completely it made a huge difference. I agree with the others you should try to find out what's setting it off. It may not necessarily be air pollution.

Thats interesting I didn't know food could trigger asthma. Is that quite rare? With the amount of additives in foodstuffs even in "milk drinks" I suppose it's not surprising. Was she also allergic to milk?

I've no idea how common it is. She used to drink milk in tea, cereal etc all the time with no apparent problems so I was quite sceptical when she told us she'd been told to cut out all dairy (she switched to soy milk), but it really made a difference.

Yes he does seem to switch between personalities a bit. Sometimes serious, sometimes clueless, sometimes deliberately inflammatory.

Non-flowering household plants can be a good thing- some of them are supposed to be quite effective at sucking up toxins.

The other two suggestions could have value in them. It really depends on what's causing asthma to kick off in the first place.
