USB Mobile broadband - Vodafone or PCCW?

Hi guys, having posted on here a while ago about how appalled with the service I am getting from my 3 USB internet stick, I have finally had it and have come to these two alternatives in terms of USB connection only. I'm not sure as to which one would provide the best? I've had disconnecting issues and failing to load web pages with using 3, so I've narrowed the two choices within my budget to Vodafones' 'Power three' plan or the E180 3.6M plan with PCCW. Which would you recommend or would you might have some other alternatives?

It really really depends on the area you live in.

However, I would generally avoid anything which involves PCCW Mobile.

I am living on Hong Kong island side, around Tin Hau to North Point area. Are you basing your argument on personal experience or just from word-of-mouth?

Re PCCW mobile, basing it on word of mouth.

I use SMV and am generally happy with them, but recently service levels have dropped quite a bit.

I hope you don't mean their Mobile Broadband service, but I could be wrong?
