Most of it is basically a summary of what has been published on the interwebs before, but regardless, its worth a read and a good reminder to look into tightening up your online practices.
No doubt the usual suspects here will pipe in saying Google evil, I never do anything online, I use pen and paper, my memory rocks, etc. Ignoring those guys, I do personally think both articles are worth a read.
