Somewhere to have an Xbox party?

My cousin's friend's kid (yup, it's tenuous) is coming up to a birthday, and since he likes his Xbox, they were thinking of trying to arrange an Xbox party for him and his mates - pretty much along the lines of a LAN party, but they know and like Xbox games...

Anyone know of anywhere which could host that sort of thing? The current fall-back is to collect Xboxen and TVs from as many people as possible and string them together at someone's place, but it would be better if there's anywhere setup to do it, with the right atmosphere, etc.

Xbox does not have a commercial license so we do not have a set up in shops like PC game shops. Some private clubs like American club, etc do have playrooms where they have game consoles though. Last I looked some months ago, they were all playstation consoles. So his best bet is to get a couple of consoles in a room and hook them up together.
