Property commission for office lease

We are right now looking for a new office and we are so far talking to one agency only. They ask for 1 month commission. Is that the usual case for renting offices?
This is our third office we will rent, the first one we paid half month, the 2nd office we paid 1 month. I need to know if we should start negotiating with her about that and/or look for a new agency.

Half month is more than enough.

I signed on one last week, half a month is what I paid. Another agency asked for one month but I told them where they could shove that :-)

half a month is the norm. unless the your agent is also the owner's agent, then just ask your agent to get his/her commision from the owner.

thanks for the replies. I will tell the agent to lower the commission, otherwise we'll use another one.
