I just tried to book an appointment with cairy, called the number above and only got someone who couldn't speak English!

Anybody any suggestions of other ways to contact him?

The salon number is 2882 9290. His full name is Cairy Wong.

There's also a Carrie there, so make sure you book with the right stylist.

I went to see Cairey and thought he did a good job. It was the longest haircut of my life for $240! He did take my cut a little short so be specific but regardless I still loved my cut. Thanks for suggesting him!

    Cairy of HAIR3D

Well, I tried him once. I have semi-European fine hair but curly.

The highlights I had there were so so but the whole thing wasn't cheap about HK$1,080 including the highlights and not including tips of course.

I will give him another try very soon for a trim. The haircut was good but shorter than I had told Cairey I wanted it to be.

I've just been to Cairy and I spent there 1,5 h! Longest haircut in my life too, as for many here. He did listen to me but stil cut it a bit shorter than I wanted/expected. But when the protective "cape" came off and I could see the cut together with the rest of myself, it turned out to be very nice!

Cairy is only good at cutting hair unfortunately. I had my hair permed by him (digital perm) but it looks NOTHING like what the pictures I referenced to him. Instead of loose waves, he gave me very tight curls that are extremely frizzy and dry. It's been a nightmare! I know it's my fault that my hair's dry. But he either should have told me it's too dry to perm, OR use bigger rollers.

I would go back to get a trim, but never to do a perm again. Plus, it also took freakin forever (6 hours!!?!!) and cost me an arm and an eyeball. @_@

    Hairstylist

    Hi,

I'm planning to get some highlights, any recommendation?

As for coloring, I was amazed how well he did to turn my light brown hair into bleach blonde (like Gwen Stefani) in the price range of HK$1,500. Awesome job!

The salon is in Causeway Bay, PM me and I'll forward all contact details.
