New Subway on caine road, mid-levels???

They are seemingly unable to make proper pho in this town. The stock is too weak every time I've had it, and the veg & herbs not fresh enough. Rather have Subway anytime.

Agreed. My guess is because the stock (the main thing) uses two things that is considered expensive here - beef and electricity.

A good broth needs to be slowly cooked for 1-2 days.

They had a similar coupon before for 6 subs for 1/2 price but then on their front door they had a sign which said it couldn't be used on their $19 sub of the week.

Now it seems they smarten up and put it in as a restriction. The sub of the day is the best deal imo.
