    Restaurant Rant

    Dear Cafe O

    Please have your butter at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge.

    Trying to spread butter on barely toasted bread without it breaking up is virtually impossible.

    Alright, settle down. I think we've churned out enough complaints regarding HK butter.

    If you can't deal with HK butter, you all know where the airport is....
