I went to Sikkim and Kalimpong years ago, as well as Darjeeling. Beautiful area, and one day I hope to return - dream would be to get to Lhasa from there, but that's unlikely.

Same here. Was last in India just over 5 years ago for a wedding in a big city. It's just not the same. Next stop will be Ranthambore National Park, followed by Darjeeling and surrounding areas.

Some cash would be nice for a start though.
