Anyone know where i join a swimming or waterpolo squad

Hi Everyone

I am trying to find a swimming squad and/or a waterpolo team that I can join. I have tried swimming at a couple of pools in hk but have had enough of the breast stroke swimmers.

I am no expert but better then average and just looking to join a squad to improve my fitness.

I have emailed the guys at www.hongkongwaterpolo.com but it seems the website is out of date.

Any advice would be appreciated
