Cycling on HK Island

I live in midlevels and usually take my bike out to the new territories on the weekend. Does anyone know where I could one go for a bike ride after work on the HK side?

If you live on HK Island side and want to do mountain biking, there is only one trail in Shek O Country Park
The Dragon's Back

There is a regular Sunday morning (8:30am) ride up the Cape Collison Road from Heng Fa Chuen / Chai Wan MTR station.

It is about 30 minutes uphill climb onroad before reaching the trail head. The MTB trail is relatively smooth with few obstacles; suitable for beginner.
