What's with the search function?

I'm searching for things in specific time frames (i.e. last 6 months) and the site is pulling up things from years ago . . .

Yeah, looks like the date range parameters for our Google Custom Search have stopped working; we'll look into that.

For now, if you do need to search a specific date range, just use the regular/full Google search, ex: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:..._max:6/13/2012
