Angry INDUCTION COOKER. I'm slowly dying inside.

Hi. I bought a simple, plug-in induction cooker with:

    A. A plug
    B. An "on/off" button
    C. Other buttons that say: Fry, Hotpot, Cook, Roast, and StirFry
    D. A button that makes the heat levels higher or lower.

NOW. After turning on the Hotpot... I choose the heat levels, and the settings. There is this beeping sound that won't stop. or it just shuts off.

How the F*CK does an Induction cooker work!? HELP, i'm dying inside.

    Please? Anyone? Anybody? h e l p.

The person at the store where I bought my pans told me that lightweight aluminum pans don't work well with induction cookers and that heavy-bottom, stainless steel pans work best. This is what I use and I've had no problems so far.

If you have the cooker model number... have you tried to do a search with Google and see if you find any help?
If it's a model made in China and the manual is only in Chinese still you can find someone to help

UPDATE: I'm retarded. I avoided cooking at home for a whole year because I didn't know how to work the damn Induction Cooker. You see, I purchased Aluminum Light Weight Teflon pans from IKEA. And that was the problem.

Last night I bought Stainless Steel pots and pans. And walla... the whole damn thing worked right and away!!! So guys and gals... only use STAINLESS STEEL pots and pans when using a plug-in induction cooker for one. Hmmm... soy sauce fried chicken never tasted sooooo damn good.
