Best way to change HK$ to US$?

Allow me to ask you a small question.
I'm planning to take a trip to Cambodia and Vietnam form Feb 2, and need to take some US$ cash with me.
Just wondered where the best place for it is.
FYI, I have Hang Seng Bank account. Probably change HK$800 or so.

do it at the bank for that amount. I find the rates at banks are better than the money changers.

Chung King Mansion @ Nathan Road could be a good option as i did change there and got better rate than bank... So i guess you could try there too... Nice place for back packer .... Cambodia... Take a lot of Fly repellents too as bugs can be one major concern...

Just look inside the CKM... there are a lot of places there which have the exchange. Who ever gives the max u can choose them.. Actually about 6 of them or more are there...

Actually I found it more convenient than bank as you don't have to wait in the long line;-)
