Fun though the speculation is (my money's on them adding a year to the requirement every year until it gets to 100 and if you're still alive you get citizenship, a free paper party hat and a joke from a cracker), have you considered simply asking at the British Consulate in whichever country you are currently in?
Works for me.
if you are of a nepalese or connected to the gurkha, only the british consulate can help you, even then gurkha have been treated badly that joanna lumpley (celebrity) are helping your cause.

If you hold a Nepalese passport there is no way you can get British Citizenship through this route. It is for people who are not entitled to any other passport except BN(O).
