Finding apartment for late Sep.

Is it easy to find an apartment two, three months before the move-in date? Or, should I wait till one-month before move-in date? Would I get better deals if I wait or act sooner? My move-in date will me sometime in late September... Thanks.

No landlord will hold an apartment for 2 or 3 months for you, unless you start the lease ASAP.

Usually people tend to stay in serviced apartments, hotels for a week or two while they apartment hunt.
