Moving, can recommend the flat

I am moving out of my Prince Edward flat over the Flower Market. I told the landlord that I would recommend the place, so where better?! (Hope this this fits the rules.)

I opted for getting "real" in a Chinese building built the year I was born--1954. It's in the heart of the Flower Market, a great location if you like flowers - but busy on weekends. Noise has not been a problem. Good neighbours, only two flats per floor -lift goes to 6 (luck thing, flat's on 6 ;-) Nice finishing with stainless steel baseboards and plank--not parquet--wood floors. Very modern feel with LOTS of light and views over the hills of Kowloon Tong. 3 bdrm, 1 bath, high ceilings.

Happy to answer questions or put anyone in touch with the landlord's son whose English is excellent, being Oz educated. Gweilo couple above, otherwise all local and very much so.
