Getting my shipment from Port to Door

I am moving to HK this summer from Singapore and my shipping company misquoted me on my shipment. I had asked for door to door but they arranged door to port.

Does anyone have any advice on getting my belongings from port to door? Any ideas on what is involved re: customs? Any suggestions for movers in HK?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

You can revised it but at a cost.
Normally, as soon as the goods arrived the port, they will inform you by fax or by e-mail. Or you can phone the shipping company about the arrival.
To get your cargo, you have to ask for the transportation to help you clear your goods.
The best advise you can get is to phone your shipping company how to get your goods and how much is the local charges you have to pay.
