Do they exist in HK?
EDIT - reason I ask is that I consider this to be a "US thing". Other than a few organisations running camping trips, it was never a feature growing up in the UK for example, the place upon which much of HK is based.
Most international schools have Summer programs. Not sure who has a true 'camp', i.e. sit outside, build a fire, camp in a tent, etc.
lots of places have summer programmes... but not a "camp" as such.
for example, we have "summer camp" at one of my centres. the kids play games, do crafts, sing songs, read stories, play in our playground, sometimes do things like "jump through the sprinkler" and basically have fun for 2 hrs/day, 5 days/week...
so, yes, summer activities exist, but not "camp"
What kind of camp are you looking for? What age range?
Faust international
Faust and their week-long summer theatre workshops are all about group work, and confidence building. Between stories, fables, fairytales and well-loved plays, children are sure to be fully engaged and, by week’s end, proud of their achievements.
Faust also offers a Creative Writing Workshop where young writers can learn how to better express themselves through the use of metaphors, dialogue, description, genre writing, story structure, descriptive techniques, and even some poetry.
Sessions for 4-5, 6-8, 8-11 and 11-14 year olds are available.

YWCA
The range and scope of the YWCA’s summer activities mean there is something for every child. A kinder Music Village course caters to newborns while tennis lessons and a book club are offered to kids as old as 12. With so many fun options summertime is sure to fly. All children under the age of 11 should have a parent or guardian on the premises during sessions.

Surfing
Surf Hong Kong is offering 2,3 and 5 day summer camps for young salt dogs ready to earn their sea legs, while Treasure Island has eight weeks’ worth of four day sessions for up and coming dudes and she-dudes.
The main difference between these two camps is that Treasure Island is a day camp while Surf HK includes overnight accommodations in a tent on the beach. Beach camping + surfing all day = totally awesome! When all is said and done, surfing is one of those life skills that is better acquired sooner than later; and sooner the better.
Treasure Island is good for ages 5-13 while Surf HK caters to kids aged 7 and up.
Treasure Island also has other outdoor adventure courses worth looking into like abseiling, mountain biking and kayaking.

Hope this helps. We'll be publishing a massive list of summer activities on GeoSchools by the end of the week. I'll link to this thread once they're up.
