Looking for film-making/visual effects training/programmes/workshops!

I was wondering if anybody can recommend some good institutes/schools that offer courses on film-making, theory, production, cinematography, visual effects, etc.?

I'm aware of Polytechnic University and City University offering various undergraduate programmes in Digital Media, Creative Media, etc. that are primarily taught in English. HKAPA (Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts) also offers some sort of programme..

I'm also aware of the Hong Kong International Film Academy offering some workshops and diploma courses. Are there any other technical institutes, etc. that have emphasis on things such as digital effects, etc. that can be of service?

Looking towards your recommendations. I've heard of some other institutes before, but don't recall their names unfortunately.

Yes there is, before they was a lot of magazine promoting this service but all classes taught in cantonese... anything from adobe to microsoft stuff...
