For Gajar Halwa ,why not u try ChungKing Mansions ,look For Ashoka Brand Pouches kadoo halwa(Pumpkin) <gajar Halwa try to download the receipe from tarla dalal website and cook for your self,elseway.

lol...yeah it's pretty darn easy to make. you can adjust the stuff you make yourself to your own tastes, too, and fine tune it over a couple of attempts. nothing like cooking yourself :P

About 2 weeks ago my office my had Pakistani/Indian food for lunch catered and delivered for 11 people we ate:

Mutton Curry, Samosas, Chicken Tikka, vegetable Briyani, Sag Paneer, Roti and Chai (tea)

All the dishes were delivered HOT (not always the case in the past) by The Pakistan Association of Hong Kong (tel:27802157 and 97181857)

We'll be using them again next week too!
