Yoga in Sai Kung?

I would just like to know if anyone knows of, or has experience with any Yoga instructors in Sai Kung. I googled it and found thestudiosaikung.com but that's it. I am a beginner and am looking to start getting into shape and into better health.

Any more info/opinions would be much appreciated

Yoga Limbs has a studio in Clearwater Bay. I go to the Sheung Wan studio and like it a lot. They offer two weeks of free classes, if you want to try it out.

There's also classes at the SK Community Centre but I think you really need cantonese to get much benefit from the class.

I believe they offer classes at Lifestyle Fitness in SK but I've no knowledge of their instructors.
