    Lol, movement might be dropping during the Occupy central protests now about to kick off but on a long term upward trend. Not a bad article projecting prices here, Park Island, Ma Wan, Hong Kong: What will Hong Kong Property Prices do in 2015?

    Walk up yes, another reason why the market is not moving down. How would anyone like to give up such a large chunck of a gain to taxes to the Govt. And for buyers, why would they want to pay it? Its a Mexican standoff with the owners in power as they are the ones who hold the property.
