Question Where to buy Electronical Push-Buttons?

    Hi There,

I need to buy a couple of push buttons for a DIY project, and was wondering if anyone can point me into the right direction / shop here in Hong Kong.

I have attached an example of what I am looking for if it is unclear!

    Thanks a lot!

    In store, here

Online, RS Components (or I believe they also have a warehouse for pickup out in the New Territories).

WECL in SSP is the best walk-in place in HK.

RS (http://hken.rs-online.com) has the widest selection of products and generally a better quality. And they deliver free of charge next day. I prefer RS rather then going to SSP to find out they don't have what I want.

that's the name of the shop, two floors of electronic components, well stocked and organized, pricey than the others though, closest thing to Maplins ( uk_) and Radio Shack ( us)

Just to be clear, in case it was obscured by subsequent commentary: WECL in SSP does carry both momentary contact and maintained switches, with a reasonable selection of models.

They tend not to be the higest quality switches (e.g. German-made), but the selection is still okay.

Just to pick up on this: how have people found RS Electronics in Hong Kong?

I'm familiar with them from a long time ago in the UK, and wondered if it was just as good to order components, electronics and parts from in HK from RS and have it delivered? Thanks

They are fine. They deliver via courier (so does WECL).
