    Looks like i have to get a lawyer and send the landlord a legal notice...

    do the calculations 1st, Lawyer fees, how much to re-do the apartment, if its more than the 2 months deposit, I would take the hit and just walk away.

    m think da langlord jus trying to push his responsibility to ddiinnoo. 4 his new tenant.

    1, simply recover da changes.

    2. bring da landlord to da small claims tribunals. (np if they is in hk or not).

    simple r da best.

    I don't think the OP has access to the property anymore to be able to make good any changes he made.

    Yes i have filed a case......now going to scan the case # and report to the landlord.....

    Filed a case with the lawyers...... since the landlord claims went up to 120k hkd..... so the small claims transferred this case to the district court. now its a class action suit.

    He wants 120K to fix the bathroom and floors WTF.

    well claiming the said damages made them re-do the whole bathroom and waterproofing and god knows what not
