Admin Assistant for Art Gallery & Consultancy
Job Responsibilities:

Handle office administrative work
-
Assist in office account keeping
-
Arrange shipping, courier and mailing
-
Manage inventory/ consignment records
-
Assist with invoicing and payments
-
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years working experience.
-
Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin and Cantonese an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Graphic design knowledge an advantage but not required.

Well organized and able to work independently.

Good work attitude and personality.
-
Part-time position (actual working hours are flexible and can be discussed).

Possibility of extending to full-time employment for applicants with good potential.
