Admin Assistant for Art Gallery & Consultancy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle office administrative work
  • Assist in office account keeping
  • Arrange shipping, courier and mailing
  • Manage inventory/ consignment records
  • Assist with invoicing and payments
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin and Cantonese an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Graphic design knowledge an advantage but not required.
  • Well organized and able to work independently.
  • Good work attitude and personality.
  • Part-time position (actual working hours are flexible and can be discussed).
  • Possibility of extending to full-time employment for applicants with good potential.
