We have offices in Singapore (HQ), Hong Kong, Las Vegas and Milan. Our Hong Kong trading unit is expanding to become the administrative and back office base for our Asian operation.

Your Work
To manage orders, fulfillment, shipping from our HK office space. To manage the inventory management and sales system on Mac: Lightspeed Retail. To occasionally deliver orders to top clients in Hong Kong and effectively communicate with them to finalize the sale of our products. To coordinate meetings between third parties in Hong Kong and the Company's principals stationed in Europe. To meet with and coordinate deliveries of local Hong Kong made products to our office for inspection by yourself or a third party. To perform duties and functions as directed by the Company principals that are administrative. Create invoices, purchase orders, consignment notes, commercial invoices, packing slips and communicate these accurate documents to our Hong Kong accountants.
Your development goals: To increase efficiency of our operations through sound administration and assist our company principals with their goals during their travels throughout the world.
Time to work: 5 days per week 1/2 day saturday (on call). Requirements HKCEE or above with formal secretarial training (preferred) Min. 4 years of solid admin experience in a fashion related or jewelry company. Knowledge of jewelry business and fashion business is preferred. Experience in international exportation and importation is required. Independent: employee must be a self-starter who can develop task lists for him/herself as she/he will be managed from abroad with little face-to-face interpersonal interaction from principals. Sound communication - adminstrator is answerable to CEO & Creative Director Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus but not necessary. Able to use MAC operating system, easily trainable for other computer programs.
