    What I did YMMV

Stretching calf and foot a lot
    Pocari sweat 2 liters a day+2 water
    New shoes
Arch support insoles $800 not 30 ones
    Multi vitamin 2x a day
    Glucosamine Chondroitine daily
    B complex vitamin daily

    Hi John

Have you consult any doctor? If so can you share the details?

I had this really badly for 3 months or so. It was awful. I got a new pair of shoes that were more flat inside (i.e. no bump to 'support' the inside of the arch) and it went away within a few days. I spent months prior to that trying all sorts of stuff.

Daily stretching for at least a minute per stretch helps immensely as well, especially all of your leg muscles.

If wear onitsuka tigers these days. Generally if there's a bump on the inside of the arch in the inside liner thing I rip it off so it's as flat as possible.
