    For SMS, you can use: AirDroid-Enjoy your Android Experience over the air (no root)
    For VNC, you'll need root

    SMS you can do with Kies Air

    Updated Galaxy SII to ICS a week earlier but problems right away. Phone calls drop/hang up frequently. I can't remember it ever happened on older version. Done a factory reset but useless. Now i desperately want to go back to older Gingerbread but someone told me that this will certainly void warranty. Anybody else faced this situation after the update or it is just me unlucky? Thanks for any suggestion!

    How much warranty do you have remaining?
    You have plenty of options in terms of re-installing the firmware
