    Housing costs in Aussie

Can any Aussies give me a rough idea for housing costs in different parts of Aussie.

Lets say 2-3 bed house 900-1200 sq ft.

    Thanks.

What type of town? Capital city, coastal city, inland city?

How much land? How many town facilities? What state?

    Try realestate.com.au, domain.com.au or refindhouseprices.com

"Generally" prices are going down so maybe better to wait a bit..

hi booth, check out Real Estate for Sale, Rent and Share @ Domain.com.au and search by the location (suburb) you're interested in, no. of bedrooms, carparks, etc. the search results should give you some idea on current selling/rental price.

ps: data in domain.com.au is very updated, not like the squarefoot website here.

I'm not sure 900-1200 sq ft houses with 3 bedrooms exist in Australia..... 1-beds or studio flats, perhaps!

    Skyhook and chingleutsch like this.

and my point is that it is the same as asking how long is a piece of string?... you can get nearly free all the way up into the hundreds of millions of dollars...

Why don't you use www.domain.com.au. to get a general feel.
