    Don't Blame Visitors?

SCMP published this article today on the paper, and it is quite true:

Don't blame visitors for lack of vision in Hong Kong's public transport policy | South China Morning Post

The article seem to point more to the problems of urban planning with visitor overload more a byproduct of this oversight than the real source of problem. It is true in a way, many new areas are built to concrete jungle standards with buildings packed closed together. There isn't much room to accommodate large groups of people.

But then you can also say that the number and demographics of the visitors are due to a lack of vision.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, there is really not enough room in Hong Kong with the current policies we are running.

It just seems the city is overcrowded every time I step outside, so it does have a point.
